Farm Supervisor
Mona Flowers is a premium grower and exporter of sustainably cultivated cut flowers based in Eldoret, Kenya. As part of our growth, we are looking for qualified and motivated individuals to fill the above position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily farm operations and ensure production targets are met
• Supervise farm teams and monitor crop health
• Coordinate land preparation, planting, and harvesting schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate farm records and submit periodic reports

Education and Experience:
• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial farming or flower production
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of greenhouse operations is an added advantage
• Good communication and reporting abilities
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
